Apply with Luster Wand, or Luster Brushes, directly to your tattoo. Different tools will offer different options for design and help give different looks. Alway allow time to dry! Allow about ten mins for most applications, (depending on how thick it is applied, will determine on how long it takes to dry. Remember to use your luster remover wipes to clean luster gel off tools to ensure product doesn’t dry on tools.
