Best results come with using Luster Lock and Luster Pen to apply. Start with Luster Lock in a small area you can cover quickly before glue drys. Using Luster Pen elements Luster Lock from getting on your fingers; and then making it harder for jewels to get off your finger and onto your tattoo. Use of Luster Pen also helps to slide luster jewels into the exact place you want them! Hold it down into Luster Lock gently with pen for about 10 seconds (will be mostly dry in about 30 seconds) . Move onto next Luster Jewel. Easy to do! Because Luster Lock is water resistant, after showering or pool time, gently pat area with luster jewels dry and keep them on for several days!! You can also add Luster Dust in between Luster Jewels with Luster Brushes to enjoy the best of both worlds!!!
