Apply directly to skin with brush in cap. Luster Lock dries clear on skin. It’s water resistant and safe to use on skin and face! After showering or pool time, gently pat the area with Ink Luster dry. Luster Dusts can stay on up to a week with Luster Adhesive !! Luster
